Quick Launch Website Process

Do I have to be available for my Quick Launch Week?

If you want to approve each step, you do. We have lots to do in just a week so we’ll be ready to communicate and collaborate every day. But, don’t worry if you’re too busy and can’t respond in time. We’ll keep working each day and moving to the next step. You can always make changes after launch!

What information will I need to provide?

Here’s the list of things you’ll need to provide:

Domain and hosting access
Privacy policy and terms and conditions
Social media links
Contact form email and success message
Brand photos and logo
Website copy

If you don’t have photos, we’ll use stock ones. We’ll also help you tweak your web copy as well!

Can you show me a sample timeline?

Of course! The more info you have, the better!

BEFORE WE BEGIN:

Purchase your Quick Launch Site – It’s super easy to do this on our site.
Fill out your onboarding forms – You’ll need to know your domain and hosting information for this!
Provide us with content – You can send as much or as little as you’d like. We’ll make great decisions and launch with finished copy. You can always change it once your site is launched!
Upload your photos, brand elements, and logo – If you don’t have these, don’t worry.

DAY 1: WEB STYLE GUIDE
We begin the week by creating a web style guide for your site. It will provide a one-sheet summary of your entire brand style.

DAYS 2-3: WEB DESIGN
Using your words, logo, and any photos or images along with our design elements, we create a full site for your review.

DAY 4: WEB DEVELOPMENT
We make any changes you may have sent on Wednesday and begin our website development.

DAY 5: WEBSITE LAUNCH
Your site website is now launched! We hand over training videos and…we’re here anytime you need us. Don’t forget to purchase your website maintenance package.

WEBSITE COPY & DESIGN

Can I change the structure of my Quick Launch website before it's launched?

Not before launch. The predetermined structure is why Quick Launch is so quick! After your site is launched, though, you can change anything anytime you like. Or you can purchase a Semi-Custom Website instead. You can edit or adjust up to 5 Quick Launch page sections in that package.

Will I get help writing my website copy?

Before your Quick Launch week arrives, you send us what you have for website copy, but don’t fret! During your kickoff call, we’ll help you work through any issues. We will also move text around and even write a bit to fill in any glaring gaps. If you need more help than that, we’re here for you. Check out our Content Clean-up offer here.

WEBSITE Maintenance & Updates

Is there a recurring cost to maintain my website?

Yes. Like any website, you’ll have to pay yearly fees for your domain and hosting (directly to the company you have chosen) as well as any necessary plugins your website has. But, WordPress is free! We always recommend a website maintenance package as well!

Will I have full access to my website?

Yep! Once your website is launched you’ll have full access to your website. You can change, add, delete, or update anything you like. It’s 100% yours!

Will I be able to add pages once my website is launched?

You know it! Quick Launch Websites are designed to grow with your business. You can add pages anytime. Training videos will be provided to show you how to make new pages from the existing templates on your site.
